The Nigerian Rugby Football Federation has been suspended from global activates and it was made known from the official letter sent to the sports ministry.

The Immedicable Suspensions was as a result of arbitrary dissolution of the Nigeria Rugby board and replacement with a three man committee.

From the letter, Rugby African made it known that Nigeria can’t participate in any if it’s global activates unless proper steps that align with the Rugby constitution are taken.

The letter read as follow “Consequently, we have no choice but to impose an immediate suspension of Nigeria’s participation in all Rugby Afrigue and World Rugby activities until further notice”.

The Suspension also affected the Women national team from their first International Championship at Burkina Faso.

The Black Stallion Former Captain Azeez Ladipo lamented that they are still trying to build credibility from the last suspension they got in 2017 then this!

And has warned that if the minister does not reinstate the board by Friday then world Rugby will have to Suspend Nigeria Permanently.
